• Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original named recipient.

• Discount Restrictions: Discounted gift cards cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or sales.

• Product Exclusions: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase weight loss products or prescription items.

• Expiration: Gift cards expire one year from the date of issuance. Any unused balance after expiration will be forfeited.

• No Cash Redemption: Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

• Lost or Stolen Cards: Embody Regenerative Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash.
